Camp Creative is a fun and engaging day-camp for children ages 3-10 that takes place one Saturday per month from 1:30 – 3:00pm at Chara. Each camp is themed with a character lesson woven into the days activities which include dancing, crafts, games, and fun with friends! You can sign up for 1 or all 10 camps hosted at the studio throughout the season.
AUGUST 29TH
This magical camp is filled with dancing, delightful activities, and enchanting music inspired by beloved princesses like Sofia the First, Cinderella, Belle, Aurora, Tiana, and Rapunzel. Together we’ll twirl, sparkle, and learn what it means to dance with kindness, courage, and grace—just like a true princess.
SEPTEMBER 26TH
Oh boy! This fun and energetic camp invites dancers to move, groove, and imagine as they explore playful choreography, upbeat music, and creative movement inspired by their favorite clubhouse friends. With lots of smiles, music, and imagination, Mouseketeer Dance Clubhouse is the perfect place for young dancers to clap their hands, stomp their feet, and dance their way through a magical day of fun!
OCTOBER 24TH
Step off the page and into a storybook world where every dance tells a tale! Once Upon a Dance Camp, dancers will move through magical chapters filled with imaginative choreography, creative play, and fairytale-inspired fun. We can’t wait to bring stories to life—one chapter, one twirl at a time.
NOVEMBER 21ST
Live out your dream as we sparkle and shine! Let your creativity expand as we craft, play, and dance to music from popular Barbie movies like “Big City, Big Dreams”, “The Princess and the Popstar”, “A Mermaid Tale”, and more! Throughout the camp we will focus on being who God calls us to be and how He has a perfect plan for each of us!
DECEMBER 12TH
Step into a winter wonderland where fairy wings flutter and graceful waltzes fill the air. At Winter Fairy Waltz, dancers will explore elegant movement, imaginative choreography, and joyful dance games inspired by the beauty of winter. We’ll also reflect on God’s creativity and light, celebrating the joy of dancing as a gift from Him
FEBRUARY 27TH
Grab your favorite teddy bear and get ready to twirl, cuddle, and dance with joy at Teddy Bear Twirls! This sweet camp is filled with playful movement, gentle dance games, and cozy fun as we celebrate friendship and love. We’ll also talk about God’s great love for us and how we can share that love with others through kindness, joy, and dance.
MARCH 20TH
Stamp your boots and slide to the right as we learn a variety of rhinestone-ready rodeo line dances. Dancers are invited to wear their favorite sparkly western attire as we kick up our heels, find the groove, and shine bright. Along the way, we will talk about what it means to trust God as we bravely “step” out of our comfort zone and onto the dance floor.
APRIL 24TH
Step into the pages of a storybook where cool tunes, bright colors, and groovy moves come to life. At this Pete the Cat Dance inspired Camp, dancers will groove, wiggle, and explore playful choreography inspired by favorite storybook adventures and catchy rhythms. With every step, campers will discover that no matter what comes their way, dancing through the story is always a good time.
MAY 15TH
Join in the fun as we take on the roles of Bluey, Bingo, and friends by using both our imagination and curiosity to explore the world around us. We will create our own adventures, put on our dancing shoes to show off our best moves, learn how to be a good friend, and play keepy uppy of course
