Claire teaches vinyasa-style flow that consists of dynamically linking poses together to build strength and flexibility.



Donna is a registered nurse and certified Pilates Instructor and has been teaching for the past 8 years.



Jackie has a background in dance education, training in Kinesiology, and 8 years of yoga instruction experience.



Ceris-Ann has been teaching High Fitness for years and brings both energy and encouragement to the studio.



Sara has been teaching HIGH fitness for years and brings a sense of fun and energy to the studio

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Monday & Wednesday 9:00am – 10:00am FREE CHILDCARE

Friday 9:30am – 10:30am



Instructor:  Claire Edmondson  |  Students:  All Levels
This class has its students dynamically linking poses together to create a vinyasa flow and incorporates yogic pranayama (breath work) throughout all flows. We cover balance poses, inversions, and backbends to increase strength and flexibility. Arm balances are introduced and taught throughout the yoga flows. No previous yoga knowledge is needed but is helpful. Pose modifications and advancements are offered and encouraged to fit the students’ skill level.

Fusion Yoga

Tuesday 9:00am – 10:00am


Instructor: Claire Edmondson  |  Students:  Beginners to Advanced
This class moves quickly and combines yoga poses, pilates and barre. An emphasis on stretch is addressed after the body is sufficiently warmed up through yoga, pilates and barre exercises. 

Flow & Stretch

Tuesday 10:00am – 11:00am

Instructor: Claire Edmondson  |  Students:  Beginners
This class explores several standing balance poses, and yoga poses for core & back strength and flexibility. The first half of class focuses on heating the body through yoga poses and the second half of class involves yoga for flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

Wednesday 10:00am – 11:00am

Instructor: Jackie Sarager  |  Students:  All Levels
This class is designed for all levels, focusing on strengthening and stretching, and includes other therapeutic modalities such as sound healing, aromatherapy, mantra and meditation.

Deep Stretch

Thursday 9:00am – 10:00am


Instructor: Claire Edmondson |  Students:  All Levels
The first half of this class involves heating the body through various balance poses and postures. Once the body is sufficiently heated stretches will be held for 2-4 minutes helping elongate muscles and build strength.

Mat Pilates

Thursday 10:00am – 11:00am


Instructor: Donna Blount |  Students:  All Levels
Mat Pilates is a method of exercise designed to improve core strength, flexibility, coordination and balance, and proper postural alignment.  It’s also low impact and making it great for all ages and fitness levels who still want to work and strengthen their bodies.

High Fitness

Friday & Saturday 8:30am – 9:30am

HIGH Fitness is a high energy, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you know and love. The movements are intense enough to challenge an athlete, yet easy enough to follow and modify for beginners. HIGH fitness is for all ages, stages and levels of fitness.
